For this assignment, you’ll take the idea you want to test for your project and write a script for a problem interview. Scripts will be graded according to how helpful they would be in (in)validating your problem assumption. Use the resources of this module to help you craft better questions and avoid the common traps of interviewing (like asking leading questions, asking yes/no questions, etc).

**Be sure to watch the videos for this module before completing this assignment.**

The script must include:

Statement of your problem assumption (what is it that you’re testing?)
Interview questions with a star and success criteria next to the questions that will be key in validating/invalidating the assumption
For instance, say you ask this question – “What are your top 3 problems with staying healthy?” Your success criteria might be something like “60% will identify no healthy fast food options as one of their top 3 problems”

Now, go conduct five (5) customer interviews. Identify five potential customers and practice your script. The preferred method would be face to face (distanced and safe) or live on Zoom. in the past students have conducted these interviews via online forms/ surveys, by phone or even email. Just make sure, depending on the medium you are using, you are allowing the user (customer) to report eh best data they can. The interview can be short, but should be open-ended and allow your potential customer to tell you more about your problem!

Remember, when you conduct these interviews, your interview data should allow you to:

State 5 new insights about your customers
Make a clear, evidence-based decision on whether or not to pivot, persevere or perish
