The boss reasons that having a clear understanding of Plain Language, Social Justice, and Ethics will help employees understand how to perform routine jobs safely and in compliance with plain language regulations no matter the task. It will also allow the organization to compete for projects funded by the Federal government.

Task: Create a FAQs document that makes these concepts plain for employees in your organization and anyone who comes into contact with your products and services.
Format

There is no official standard document that will teach you how to write an FAQ. But there are some steps you can follow that will help you to organize and standardize your policy. Generally, use the questions below as a guide by creating Qs and generating your As.
Content Style:

The most common example of FAQs is shown in figure 1 below.
