The final goal is to mandate a sense of control on how I personally affect the point of camaraderie that I would be sharing with my peers, my colleagues especially in making sure that I function well alongside them. Nursing is a team-based operation; no one stands alone. In this course of belief, I do prepare myself towards adjusting to others in order to break the barriers that diversity itself might press on me and my colleagues; this would make it easier for me to focus more on my patients rather than on my personal issues.
