The two most important points I learned from this movie were that seniors need to make trips to grocery store very organized and effective according to health principles by making a list of groceries of what seniors want to and need to eat for the week. The grocery list needs to contain the primary staples that contain the necessary nutritional contents for seniors such as oatmeal, which contains ample fiber.
